Mulin di Mezzo is a family-run winery that expresses a deep love for nature and the environment through its wines.
We cultivate our vines using eco-friendly practices, convinced that only a healthy environment can yield authentic products. Our goal has always been qualitative excellence, achieved through meticulous care of the vine's life cycle.
Sustainable Cultivation
Harvests are carried out exclusively by hand, allowing for an effective selection of grapes with significant quality potential. This results in our high-quality wines, endowed with elegance, aromas, and great structure. The white wines mature for a maximum of 12 months before bottling, while the red wines are aged in oak barrels for 18-24 months before bottling.
