The red wines of Tenuta Mulin di Mezzo are the fruit of a passion for viticulture, combined with an absolute dedication to quality and sustainability.
Located in Annone Veneto, in the heart of Veneto's viticultural landscape between Venice and Pordenone, the company stands out for its production of red wines that tell stories of terroir, tradition, and innovation.
Aged in wood
Each Mulin di Mezzo red wine is carefully aged in large wooden barrels or barriques, to ensure optimal maturation that enhances its flavors and aromas.
This process, combined with the manual harvesting of the grapes, allows us to obtain a final product of exceptional quality, recognized nationally and internationally.
Merlot
Ruby red color tending towards purple. Intense, fruity, warm flavor. Spicy aroma with hints of vanilla.
After further aging in the bottle, the wine is ready to be enjoyed. Its maturation allows for an evolution that enhances its aromas and flavors for approximately 3-4 years.
Cabernet Franc
Ruby red color tending towards purple. Intense, warm, and slightly herbaceous flavor. Spicy aroma with hints of vanilla.
After further aging in the bottle, the wine is ready to be enjoyed. Its maturation allows for an evolution that enhances its aromas and flavors for approximately 6-7 years.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Ruby red color tending towards purple, fruity aroma. Slightly herbaceous flavor. Spicy aroma with hints of vanilla and raspberry nuances. After a reasonable period of bottle aging, the wine is ready to be tasted, although its characteristics will evolve over the next few years.
Red Mill
The fermentation of its different grapes (Cabernet Franc – Cabernet Sauvignon – Merlot) makes it a wine with slightly herbaceous notes with interesting flavours and aromas.
The Prior
A well-structured wine. Ruby red color tending towards purple. Intense, spicy aroma, full-bodied, intensely warm on the palate.
It presents itself as it ages and its evolution improves its qualities.
