Our philosophy
Mulin di Mezzo is a family managed winery that expresses a deep love for nature and environment through its wines.
We cultivate vines following environmentally friendly practices, convinced that only from a healthy environment it’s possible to grow up genuine products. Our goal has always been the qualitative excellence, reached through meticulous care of the vine cycle.
Sustainable agriculture
Harvest is strictly manual, and allows to select only the grapes with an high quality potential. This is how we create elegant, high level wines, capable of being elegant, full of aromas and great structure.
The maturation of white wines continues for a maximum of 12 months before bottling, while red wines are refined in oak barrels 18-24 months before bottling.
